For monthly plans, you can cancel anytime, and you won’t be billed again. If you have signed up for an annual plan and you’re unhappy within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund. Outside of this time, our support team will endeavour to help you in every way possible to get the most out of your account.
