Click on ‘Publish’ at the top. Then click on 'Create a Press Release'. From there you can choose if you want to purchase a copywriting service press release, request Ai to write it or if you want to create your own content.

You can add any notes to the editors if you wish. This is information that you think the journalists need to know but would get in the way of your narrative, such as contact details for the press or background information about the story.

Add your image. We suggest using landscape-type images. You can see the preview of your release on the right side of the screen. When you are happy with the content click 'save'. 

In the next stage you need to schedule your release by selecting the audiences you would like to send the press release to. You can also choose the time and date you wish to send your press release to each audience. If you haven't created your audiences yet, click on 'Audiences' at the top and create the audiences you would like to distribute your press release to. Your press release will be saved as a draft and you can return to it to choose your audiences in the schedule.

Once you are ready click on ‘Ready to Send'.
